Gardenhouse is located within the Golden Triangle of Los Angeles, an area surrounded by Santa Monica Boulevard, Wilshire Boulevard and Crescent Drive. It’s part of a thriving retail and dining hub attracting locals and travelers alike. The neighborhood surrounding the property is walkable and largely residential. Just minutes from The Grove, The Beverly Center, Rodeo Drive and more – Gardenhouse’s neighborhood can’t be beat for a home in Beverly Hills.

Yes, for Tuesdays and Thursdays, 9am – 5pm.

Gardenhouse is a community unlike any other and we want to make sure you see and soak up everything during your visit! Because of that, we only offer guided tours with a member of our leasing team.

Upon arrival, you may park in our garage, P1 level, then take elevator to ground level, where the Concierge will greet you.

Lease Terms & Fees

Yes, 3-5 months with a 20% premium on the base rent & 6-11 months with a 10% premium.

Rent is due on the 1st of the month and is considered late by the 6th of the month.

Payment can be made through the Sentral Life App, or by check.

Yes, rent can be paid with a credit card through the resident Sentral Life App. Please note that a processing fee may apply.

Utilities are not included in the base rent. Residents are billed separately through Conservice for water, sewer, gas, electricity, Porter and trash services.

Yes, in addition to base rent, residents may anticipate the following monthly fees:

  • Assigned Parking – Rates vary by space type and location
  • Conservice Utility Processing Fee – Varies based on usage
  • Pet Rent & Pet Screening Fees – $500 refundable pet deposit & $75/month pet rent 
  • Technology Fee – Internet – Required
  • Package Concierge Fee – Required 

These fees support premium services and convenience features designed to enhance your living experience at Gardenhouse. Please speak with our leasing team for a detailed breakdown.

Yes, all residents must maintain renters’ insurance throughout their lease term. You may choose any provider or visit (ePremium Insurance) for easy enrollment.

  • Application Fee: N/A
  • Administration Fee: N/A
  • Security Deposit: Equivalent to one months’ rent

Residents can submit maintenance requests 24/7 through the Gardenhouse Sentral Life App, which we highly encourage.

For any life-threatening or medical emergency, always call 911 immediately.

Our Concierge is 24/7 and will give access.

Move-in

They will automatically apply to incoming residents on move-in day – each home is metered separately and residents are charges per their usage directly.
